Our Corporate Finance Unlimited Workshop will take place on 20 and 21 March 2010 in Paris.

50 students from the top European universities will discover mergers and acquisitions in their entirety—from the initial idea to the closing of the deal.  Based on a real BCG project, you will gain insights into a live transaction and be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have acquired so far in a broader corporate finance context. With help from BCG consultants, you will analyze the strategic rationale of the deal, assess the target company, quantify the potential synergies, and structure the execution of the transaction. Along the way, you will learn the methodologies and approach of the world's leading strategy consultancy and face new challenges that will allow you to grow further.
